What We Do
Hesvara is a caregiver advocacy platform designed to address the overwhelming administrative burden faced by America's 63 million family caregivers. We combine intelligent document management, proactive deadline tracking, and AI-powered advocacy drafting into a single, easy-to-use application.
Our platform serves caregivers navigating complex systems like IEP (Individualized Education Program) processes, Medicaid applications, insurance appeals, and benefits coordination. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, email folders, and handwritten notes, caregivers can use Hesvara to keep everything organized and ready when it matters most.

The Problem We're Solving
Family caregivers in the United States provide an estimated $600 billion in unpaid care annually. Beyond the physical and emotional demands, caregivers face an enormous administrative burden: tracking deadlines, organizing medical records, coordinating with multiple agencies, and advocating for their loved one's rights.
Existing solutions address pieces of this problem-document storage here, calendar reminders there-but none provide the integrated, caregiver-focused experience needed to truly reduce the administrative burden. Background
Emily is a technology executive with deep experience leading enterprise transformation, AI strategy, and product development. She has built and led cloud, data, and AI practices at NTT DATA and Caylent, and advised Fortune 500 companies on technology adoption strategy. Her career spans software development for clients including Macy's, HP, Verizon, and Visa, as well as product management and marketing at Dell. Emily is a Forbes Technology Council member and sought-after thought leader on AI adoption.
Hesvara was born from Emily's personal experience navigating the healthcare and educational systems as a family caregiver. After years of managing IEPs, insurance appeals, and medical documentation for her own family, she recognized that the administrative burden caregivers face is both overwhelming and solvable with the right technology.
